Paul Matthewman
Paul brings extensive experience in commercial and healthcare property, alongside education and private client projects. He also has a strong background in complex refurbishment schemes, supporting clients through the structural challenges of adapting and extending existing buildings, as well as delivering new-build developments.
Paul said: “Harley Haddow has a very clear vision for how it wants to grow as a business and a genuinely positive, collaborative culture. The breadth of expertise across civil and structural, MEP and sustainability is a real strength – but the real differentiator is the fact that they are director-led. Clients can be assured that a specialist director will be closely overseeing every project.
“It is a great time to be joining the team and I hope to play a key role in growing the civil and structural offering while helping to develop the Manchester office more broadly.”
Harley Haddow’s integrated, multi-disciplinary approach enables early identification and management of risk, particularly on refurbishment and retrofit projects where structural constraints, budget implications and long-term performance must be carefully balanced.
The appointment reflects Harley Haddow’s continued investment in regional leadership and its commitment to delivering coordinated, technically robust solutions across the UK.
